To return a product, please call us at 480-829-8100 or contact us via our web form within 30 days of receiving your order.
To ensure returns are processed in a timely manor, please have your order number available. Once your order is verified we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.
If you received an incorrect product which was our fault please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the product and we will handle the exchange of parts at no cost to you. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in order to avoid return shipping fees. Always inspect all parts for defects or damage prior to installing them on your vehicle.
Any circumstances where a replacement product was sent due to our fault, we will send you a FedEx return label to send the product back to us. If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
