To return a product, please complete a return request via our web form within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure the return process is efficient and goes smoothly, please have your order number available. Once your order is verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Used or installed items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions.
If you received an incorrect product which was our fault, please notify us by completing a return request via our web form here within 30 days of receiving the product and we will handle the exchange of parts at no cost to you. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in order to avoid return shipping fees. Always inspect all parts for defects or damage prior to installing them on your vehicle.
Any circumstances where a replacement product was sent due to our fault, we will send you a FedEx return label to send the product back to us. If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
